OUR STAFF
We are very fortunate to have an excellent staff of people working for us. My wonderful breeding/foaling/farm management staff, as well as our hard working barn maintenance staff, are the best! I truly could not function without them!
At First Flight Farm, we specialize in breeding, foaling and working with very young horses. We work with the babies from birth to starting them under saddle. Once under saddle, promising prospects will be moved to our professional trainers facility!
We are extremely fortunate to have an excellent show rider Eva Oldenbroek who shows our dressage horses.
While we do the majority of the ultrasound scanning/breeding work with our own horses, we still frequently call for and rely on our outstanding Board Certified Theriogenologist (fertility, reproductive and neonatal specialist) vet, Dr. Benjamin Espy. With the exception of foaling out, Dr. Espy performs all of the breeding & foaling related procedures and other mare/foal treatments on the client mares.
